HOW DO I LEARN ABOUT THESE STREAMING EVENTS? 

Sign up for LCT’s email list at the top or bottom of this page, and you will be notified of all future LCT Broadway On Demand streams.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE STREAM? 

Once you receive an email from LCT about the event, register for the event on our website. Before the event stream date, make sure you sign up for a free Broadway On Demand account. It’s as simple as that! 

I’M HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING INTO BROADWAY ON DEMAND / I’M HAVING TROUBLE SETTING UP MY BROADWAY ON DEMAND ACCOUNT.

Please email info@broadwayondemand.com and the customer service team will help you as soon as they can. 

I FORGOT MY BROADWAY ON DEMAND PASSWORD.

Navigate to the Broadway On Demand “Welcome” page and click the “Forgot password” link. Enter your email address – be sure it’s the one associated with your Broadway On Demand account. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. (Check your junk folder if you don’t see the email right away). Click the link and then log in using your new password. 

IS THE STREAM FREE?

Lincoln Center Theater’s Private Reels streams are all FREE. Please be sure to use the promo code emailed to you on the day of the stream to make it free. 

I ACCIDENTALLY PAID FOR THE STREAM. 

Please email info@broadwayondemand.com and they will process the refund. 

CAN I PAY FOR THE STREAM AND CONSIDER IT A DONATION TO LINCOLN CENTER THEATER?

Any payments made would go to Broadway On Demand, not to Lincoln Center Theater. Our streams on Broadway on Demand are free!  However if you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to LCT, please click here. Thank you for your support!  

DURING THE STREAM

CAN I WATCH ON MY TV? 

Yes! Search for the “BOD” app on AppleTV and Roku (coming soon to Amazon Fire). You may also choose to play it via Airplay or Chromecast. Best experienced with a strong Internet/WiFi connection. 

IS CLOSED CAPTIONING AVAILABLE?

Yes! To view closed captioning, press the "CC" icon located at the bottom of the player. 

HOW LONG IS THE VIEWING PERIOD? 

There is a 5-hour limited window to view once you press “play,” so make sure you’re comfortable and ready to watch the show! Be sure to check the stream run time before you watch. 

CAN I PAUSE THE SHOW? 

Yes, you may pause the show by clicking the “pause” button or anywhere on the video. To play a paused show, click on the “play” button or anywhere on the video. Remember: once you start playing the show, you have a limited time to finish the program. Don’t remain paused for too long!

CAN I ADJUST THE VOLUME?

To adjust the volume of a show, use your device’s volume control. To mute the volume of a show, select the “speaker” icon located at the bottom right of the player. To unmute a show, select the “speaker” icon once again. 

CAN I MAKE THE SHOW FULLSCREEN? (COMPUTER)

Yes! Press the four-corners icon at the bottom right-hand side of the player. Too big? To exit fullscreen, press the four corners icon once again or hit the escape key on your computer keyboard. 

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS:

If you are having trouble streaming, try clearing your browser cache and cookies. For AppleTV and Roku, close the app and reopen. Make sure you have a strong Internet/WiFi connection. For best experience on computers, use Google Chrome.
