Nick Jones

Nick Jones is a writer and performer. Plays produced include: Jollyship the Whiz-Bang, Little Building, Straight Up Vampire (with Zak Vreeland and Peter Cook), as well as two collaborations with Rachel Shukert: The Nosemaker's Apprentice and The Sporting Life. He is currently a Lila Acheson Wallace Playwriting Fellow at Juilliard. He is currently adapting The Coward for a film being produced by Ravi Nandan and Big Beach Films, and he is also developing an animated series with HBO, based on his play Trevor, about a depressed chimpanzee. Outstanding musical commissions: Homunculus (Center Theater Group) and The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams (Huntington). Nick was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. He now lives in Brooklyn in his castle.
